FarmLink and Farm At Hand are proud to present the return of Grain World for 2017. The revamped conference will be held at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg November 14 & 15, 2017, bringing together global and local experts for a healthy exchange of information on the markets and the evolution of the grain industry.
“The hole left by the departure of the Wild Oats Grain World Conference last year was definitely felt by the industry.” Says Lawrence Yakielashek, General Manager of FarmLink. “The grain industry is on the verge of transformative change with innovations in technology, but personal relationships will always drive the evolution,” he says, “We need a forum to talk about not only what is happening in the markets, but also the changes and opportunities that are in front of us.”
The two-day conference will feature keynote addresses from Andrew Coyne and Michael Landsberg along with a host of industry experts covering outlooks on the main crops and topics such as “What will the Canadian Grain Industry Look Like in 10 Years”.
“The theme of the conference is Influencers Driving Evolution,” explains FarmLink and Farm At Hand Marketing Manager Breanne Kielich. “Our goal is to deliver valuable content about the markets, and equally important, bring together the people who will shape our industry’s future and ask the question where do we go next?”
